As much as I do not recognize the current government and its legitimacy, I think Kibaki got it right the moment he delegated duties to his ministers. Unfortunately, the cabinet members thought that this was the time to show their opponents that they’re really in control.
It is very alarming to see, ministers giving different opinions concerning a matter that does not even belong to their ministries. Why should for instance, Bwana John Michuki be commenting on issues regarding the international mediators, when he has a full ministry to deal with.
I though Hon. Wetangula is best placed to do this; I mean this is his docket. Hon. Michuki should instead be telling Kenyans how they’re going to finish the Mai Mahui-Narok road among other numerous road and public works projects during these tumultuous times. What measure are in place to protect the road constructors and any one concerned not matter of foreign affairs.
When Kikuyus are dying its Kenyans but when a Luo, Kalenjin, Luhya and the rest who did not vote for Kibaki are dying from live ammunition its violent protestors and looters as Kiraithe and Mutua know.
